Royal Palm Estate is a luxury residential enclave located in the heart of Abuja. Donatech Construction Services Ltd. was commissioned to design and construct 20 modern duplex units featuring sustainable architecture, premium interiors, and community facilities.
The project site had water-logged terrain and unstable soil conditions that posed a major challenge for foundation design. Timely delivery was also critical due to client handover deadlines.
